Delete your account.

How it works

• Fill in the form with the name and mobile number registered in the Airotrack VTS app.
• We'll confirm it's you, usually by calling or messaging your registered number.
• We delete your account within 30 days and let you know when it's done.

You can also email support@airotrack.com from your registered email address.

What we delete

• Your app login and profile: name, mobile number and email.
• Vehicle location and trip history linked to your account.
• Alerts, reports and app settings.

What we may keep

• Records the law requires us to keep, such as AIS-140 data and invoices, for the period the law sets.
• An AIS-140 device may legally need to stay active while the vehicle holds a permit. Deleting your app account doesn't switch the device off.
